Board of Director Nominations

Qualifications for serving as a director on the Crystal Valley board are listed on our website along with the Board of Directors Application.  Directors serve three-year terms which begin immediately following the cooperative’s annual meeting. 
 
Applications to serve on the Board of Directors must be submitted online or to a member of the nominating committee or received at the Crystal Valley main office by 4:30 PM on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. The Board of Directors wants to encourage anyone interested in serving on the board to complete the application process. Only nominations submitted by way of the application process will be considered for listing on the election ballot.

As we have practiced in recent years, voting will take place via mail ballot in January of 2025, prior to the Crystal Valley Annual Meeting. 

Crystal Valley’s Annual Meeting is scheduled for January 29, 2025, at the main office in Mankato, MN.
