Member Voting Packets regarding the unification with New Vision were mailed on September 3, 2024. 

Your vote matters! Complete your ballot and return it to the Mankato office no later than 8:00 am on Tuesday, October 1st. 

Ballots may be mailed or dropped off at any Crystal Valley office by close of business on September 30 but must arrive in Mankato no later than 8:00 am on October 1st.

Hand delivery is preferred to ensure there are no delays by the USPS. If you have not received your official ballot and are a voting member, please contact the Crystal Valley Main Office at 507-726-6455 to request a new one.
