How to Get Started

Apple Users:

Download Crystal Valley’s app in the Apple App Store

Android Users:

Download Crystal Valley’s app in the Play Store

Or visit patron.crystalvalley.coop to download after logging in

Getting Signed Up

  • App:

    1. Click on the person in the top right corner of the app
    2. Choose “Sign In”

  • Website:

    1. Click on the “My Account”, in the upper right hand corner
    2. Choose “Patron Portal” or go to patron.crystalvalley.coop to browse right to the site 

Creating New User Accounts

    Click on “Request Account”

  • 2

    Enter your information

  • 3

    Click “Register”

  • 4

    Accept Confirmation email once you receive it

  • 5

    Confirm Account

Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email where you will need to confirm your account. After confirmation, you will be able to login to your account through the app or the website login page. Note, patrons have the ability to use a single login for multiple accounts. 

If you do not know your Crystal Valley account number, reference your monthly statement or contact your local Crystal Valley office.

Returning Patron Portal User

  • Sign in using your username and password.

    If you have previously registered for the Patron Portal, you will sign in with your username (email address) and password.
