Feed Order Policy
Placing orders in advance ensures timely deliveries for our customers, improves our operational efficiency, and allows us to maintain strict biosecurity protocols. Biosecurity is a top priority for our customers, and it’s one that Crystal Valley takes very seriously. Advance notice is essential for adhering to the sequencing and sanitation procedures set by our feed department.
Delivery schedules depend on several factors, including the timing of customer orders, the type of feed required, any additives used, and overall logistics.
To help us serve you better, we kindly request that all feed orders be submitted by 12:00 PM on the business day prior to the desired delivery date.
