Our development team has been busy creating a full customer experience app. Our latest update includes our Proposal Tool, which allows our Sales Agronomists to send customers their proposal and allows customers to pay online!
Sales Agronomists will create the proposal and release it to the customer.
The customer then gets to review it, make changes if necessary, and send it back or make a payment/promise to pay.
Last spring, we announced the launch of our Patron Portal app, and many customers found it very helpful these past few months. Feedback has been positive, and our team continues to work on more options moving forward.
