Welcome Jodi, Feed Division Intern

The Feed Division is happy to announce our newest member of the team, Jodi More, Feed Division intern for the summer of 2021. Jodi grew up on a farm in the Mapleton, MN area and currently attends Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN.

In the fall of 2020, Jodi graduated with a Farm Operations and Management AAS degree. In the spring of 2021, she will graduate with an Agribusiness AAS degree, both having a livestock emphasis. After graduation, Jodi will begin her internship with Crystal Valley.

Interns experience offers valuable insight into the livestock feeding industry through mentorship and real-world experiences.

The Crystal Valley internship program is focused on creating opportunities to:  

•  Learn from Crystal Valley’s experienced staff
•  Provide first-class services to our customers
•  Real-life work experience
•  Attend internship networking/development opportunities.

As a member of the Crystal Valley team, interns are expected to demonstrate a commitment to doing what’s right, have a solid work ethic, demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, have a passion for excellence, and show genuine respect for others.  

Our goal is to show Jodi all aspects of the feeding industry by creating opportunities for her to work alongside management, operations, and sales. Through these experiences, she will have the opportunity to learn what works and what doesn’t for her when making future career decisions. 

We look forward to Jodi’s arrival in mid-May!
