As part of the proposed merger between Crystal Valley and New Vision Cooperative, a new name will be chosen for the new company.
We are asking our customers and employees to submit suggestions through our online form found on the Unification Website: crystalvalleynewvisionunification.com. The person who submits the chosen name will be awarded $500!
DEADLINE:
Submissions will be accepted until 5 pm on Monday, August 12.
HOW THE NAME WILL BE CHOSEN:
The Boards of Directors will choose the new name from the submissions, and it, along with the winner of the $500 prize will be announced in the coming weeks!
*** If more than one person enters the same winning name, a drawing will be held to award the prize.
